Flood Media Release Sportsfields - 1545 Hours
SPORTSFIELDS CLOSED UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE
Following the heavy rains on Tuesday 1st June, the following sports fields have been assessed by the Council and users are advised that the fields have now been closed for all use until further notice:
WHAKATANE
- Rugby Park
- Rex Morpeth Park – Soccer Fields and Athletics Track
- Warren Park – Soccer
OHOPE
- Bluett Park
EDGECUMBE
- Edgecumbe Domain – Rugby
The condition of all fields will be reassessed on Friday 4 June and users advised of their status.
