What might consent fees be for my building project?
A full list of consent related fees is disclosed in the current Annual Plan or Long Term Council Community Plan but the following may be used as a guideline to consent costs.
Single Storey Dwelling - based on building control officer (BCO) processing time of 5 hours, planning processing time of 1 hour and 9 inspections, estimated cost of work $300,000:
