Code Compliance Certificate
A Code Compliance Certificate is issued by Whakatane District Council when it is satisfied new building and plumbing work complies with the New Zealand Building Code.
If the work does not comply, the Council will issue a Notice to Fix, identifying areas of non-compliance.
