Join the Library
Each person must fill out an individual application form and it is important that you print clearly.
Adult membership is free for all residents of the Bay of Plenty. Children's cards are issued free but the application form must be signed by a responsible adult.
Two forms of ID need to be shown:
1. Photo ID (e.g. passport, driver licence).
2. Proof of your current address (e.g. bank statement, phone bill).
