District Libraries
This is a public library responsible to and funded by Whakatane District Council. One library card entitles a registered user to borrow from any of our four community libraries. Anyone may use the library and casual readers are welcome to spend time in the libraries reading, studying or checking on local events and national news.

Story Time
You are invited to Story Time every Thursday (during school terms only) at the Whakatane Library from 10.30am to 11.00am. This is a fun session for children where they can come along and listen to stories and sing songs. |
