Certificate of Registration

To apply for a Certificate of Registration please download and complete the form below. After completing the application form please return with the lodgement fee to Customer Services at the Council offices.

Transfer a Certificate of Registration

To transfer a Certificate of Registration if you sell your business, you’ll need to complete the application form below and return it to the Council’s Customer Services Centre, with the transfer fee.
