We’ve been working with other Councils in the Bay of Plenty and surrounding districts to examine how collaboration will lead to stronger community outcomes.

The booklet Building a Better Bay describes the communities of the region and outlines the various ways that we work together to achieve our collective vision for better business in the Bay of Plenty.

The common theme of the 27 stories is the value of collaboration to achieve ‘more for less', and you will see many great examples of how this is happening, including our story on page 90 about collaborative activities in the Eastern Bay.
