What you need to do
- If anyone in your household relies on water for critical medical support, please make alternative arrangements.
- Fill buckets or your bathtub for general use and have a container of drinking water ready.
- When water is restored, mains flushing will take place to clear air and sediment from the pipes.
- Before using inside taps, run your outside tap closest to the road for 2–3 minutes.
- If the water looks cloudy, keep flushing until it clears. This is caused by air bubbles and is safe to drink.
We appreciate your patience while this mahi is completed and apologise for any inconvenience.
