The Long Term Plan sets out our strategic direction, priorities and work programme for Council. This Long Term Council Community Plan covers the period 1 July 2004 - 30 June 2014. It also acts as the Council’s Annual Plan 2004/5. This document has been superseded by the Council’s 2015-25 LTP.
