Driving conditions are hazardous, please take care or stay off the roads if at all possible.

⛔️ Rewatu Road - CLOSED - flooding
⚠️  Awahou Road - passable with caution
⛔️ Reid Road - CLOSED - flooding
⚠️ Pokairoa + Manawahe Roads - open with caution - trees/debris
⚠️ Tāneatua Road - speed restriction of 30km/hr due to surface flooding. Crews on site will apply stop/go if required.

With the ground already saturated from recent rain, we’re urging residents to take a precautionary approach - especially around landslide-prone areas like cliffs and steep slopes (escarpments).
