This Annual Plan 2023/24 is the budget and work programme for 1 July 2023 to 30 June 2024, which is year three of the Long Term Plan 2021-31.
Through this Annual Plan, we are making some adjustments to our work and funding approach. We have needed to find a balance that allows us to continue to deliver on our LTP priorities while fairly distributing costs between current and future ratepayers in an extraordinary financial environment.
