Creative Community Representatives wanted

Creative New Zealand provides $36,420 per annum to the Council to allocate to local art and cultural projects that provide opportunities for District residents to engage with and participate in the arts and support diversity and cultural traditions.

The Creative Communities Allocation Committee requires up to four community representatives who are familiar with a broad range of local arts activities to serve on the committee for the next three years.

The committee meets to consider applications and allocate the funding twice a year in May and December.
