Manawahe Road will once again be closed, as per information below, from 9 am to 4 pm during 11–15 June.

The Manawahe Road closure has been extended to include 9 am to 4 pm on 1 June.

Update 15 May 2018

Due to site conditions becoming too unsafe to keep a lane open for repairs to the road, Manawahe Road will be closed 9 am to 4 pm daily from Thursday, 17 May to Thursday, 31 May so we can safely complete the works.

Whakatāne District Council will be closing Manawahe Road to traffic for Slip Remediation Repairs.

During the period of closure, provision will be made for access in emergency situations only.
