Water and Sanitary Services Assessment

This assessment places emphasis on the identification and proposals for resolution of any adverse health or environmental impacts arising from existing and future demand for water and sanitary services.

Whakatāne Wharf Structural Assessment

A condition assessment report on the Whakatāne Wharf has confirmed additional deterioration since it was last inspected in 2009 and sets out a number of options for repairing the structure and carrying out the required level of seismic strengthening.

Awatapu Lagoon Reserve CPTED Assessment

Whakatāne District Council employed Opus International Consultants to undertake a CPTED assessment of the Awatapu Lagoon Reserve and Causeway in response to a perceived risk to health and safety from the local residents and users of the reserve causeway.
