The Whakatāne District Council's Annual Plan 2007/08 puts into operation the second year of the Ten-year Council Community Plan 2006-2016, adopted by the Council in 2006.
This Annual Plan states what the Council wants to achieve over the 2007/08 financial year, how much it will cost and how that cost will be funded (including the setting of rates).
The Annual Plan 2007/08 was adopted by the Council on 29 June 2007.
