The Annual Plan 2008/09 was adopted on 30 June 2008 and represents the third and final year working under the the Council's 2006-16 Long Term Council Community Plan.
Alongside the development of this Annual Plan, the Council also reviewed and consulted on its Disaster Mitigation Funding Policy.
