The panel of Independent Hearing Commissioner acting under the delegated authority of Whakatāne District Council has made its decisions on submissions to Proposed Plan Change 1 (Awatarariki Fanhead, Matatā) to the Operative Whakatāne District Plan. From Wednesday 1 April 2020 Proposed Plan Change 1 is amended in accordance with those decisions.
Only those people who were submitters or further submitters to the plan change may lodge an appeal with the Environment Court.
