As a result of two extraordinary vacancies, notice is given under section 65 of the Local Electoral Act 2001, that the following persons have been duly nominated as candidates for the Murupara Community Board (Murupara Subdivision) of Whakatāne District Council.

As there were only two candidates for two vacancies, Memory EDMONDS and Sheena Diana JONES are declared duly elected to the Murupara Community Board (Murupara Subdivision).
