Pursuant to Section 55 of the Resource Management Act 1991, updates to the Whakatāne District Plan to reflect the National Policy Statement on Urban Development 2020 become operative on Friday 17 December 2021.
The Operative District Plan incorporating the update is available in the Operative District Plan section of our website and can be viewed at the Whakatāne District Council offices and libraries during opening hours.
