The Extraordinary Council meeting that was to be held on Thursday, 14 May 2020 will now be held on Tuesday, 19 May 2020 commencing at 1 pm to discuss items in relation to the 2020/21 Annual Plan.

If New Zealand remains at either COVID-19 alert level 4 or 3, the meeting will be held via the audio-visual platform 'Zoom'. If we are at COVID-19 alert level 2, the meeting will be held at the Council Chambers, Civic Centre, Whakatāne District Council, Commerce Street, Whakatāne.

Due to the COVID-19 Alert Level 4 lockdown the planned meetings for most of April 2020 have been altered.  Please note the Council website for these changes.
